When we moved into our new apartment, our kitchen sink came with one of the strainer plugs every kitchen seems to have, only it didn't sit quite right in my sink and either always kept the drain plugged or wouldn't sit in enough to strain any food that was rinsed off of plates- which is a huge problem when you're used to having a garbage disposal and rinsing everything off in the sink! After about a week of struggling with the plug, I read reviews on some stainless steel strainers & saw a lot of complaining about them rusting right away, then I saw the reviews on this one and figured at this price, who could beat it. I like the product a lot, it's attractive & works well- not to mention since it's rubber, I don't have to worry about rust. I'd recommend it to a friend.
