I'm a little lukewarm on this. I first ordered this sink about 2 weeks back and after it arrived, I noticed there there was a big dent in it. It wasn't UPS that caused this dent because the packaging wasn't damaged. It looked like the sink was dropped and then put back in the box and shipped; even the plastic bag around the sink wasn't fully covered! Pretty sloppy! I also know it wasn't Amazon because the box was sealed with tape that had the Kraus logo on it.
I was a little dejected and requested a replacement. The replacement came SUPER fast (like 2 days, thanks Amazon!) and the this time the sink was much better, but the sink was still a little bit pushed in the back and corner was a little bent and had separated. You would never notice this because this is undermounted and it relatively minor, but it's annoying nonetheless. Still debating if I should return this ONE more time and take my chances or just get a different brand. The price seems good, but just a little annoyed about this. I'll try and post some pictures later.
Note: It appears they no longer ship this in a wooden crate but the packaging is still decent. I called up Kraus to confirm this. Perhaps cost-cutting?
